Time for Festival at Mt Si, Celebrate the spirit of North Bend this Weekend

The second weekend in August always holds a big community tradition in the Snoqualmie Valley – the Festival at Mt. Si.  The weekend-long community event was created to celebrate the spirit of North Bend – and never disappoints with a parade, music, cook-offs, contests, food and drink, local artisans and fireworks.festival at mt si

This year’s Festival at Mt. Si kicks off Friday afternoon, August 12th and continues through Sunday evening, August 14th at Si View Park, 400 Orchard Drive. The activities are deep, with plenty of fun for all – no matter what your age.

Live music is also a huge part of the festival and this year’s lineup lives up to the tradition with jazz, blues, rock and country all represented by local bands on two stages.  See the 3-day live music lineup HERE.

Newsflash! Summer is finally returning. The weather should be perfect so grab your sunscreen, water bottle and bring your hunger and energy to the park.

Oh, and be prepared for road closures around Si View Park and in downtown North Bend during the grand parade, including Orchard Drive all weekend long and North Bend Way from the roundabout at Cedar Falls Way to Bendigo Boulevard on Saturday, August 13th from 9AM-1PM.
