Living Snoqualmie Facebook Page Highlights: A Simple, Strong Anti-Bullying Lesson and Quotes of the Day to Elicit Smiles

The Living Snoqualmie Facebook page is full of activity each day, but I realize not everyone utilizes social media so I thought I would give readers a weekly Facebook update and “share” it on the Living Snoqualmie website via a traditional story.

This simple teacher’s lesson saw a very strong response with Facebook fans.  The ant-bullying message had a strong impact and to date has been shared on Facebook over 400 times from the Living Snoqualmie page.  It originated on Advocating Bullying Awareness’s Facebook page.

I also got a great new quote book from Papersalt.com, simply called “Quotes – inspiring and funny.”  I started sharing one quote each morning via Facebook and then added them to the Living Snoqualmie website in the left sidebar.  You can check the website or Facebook each morning for a new quote.  Here is a run down of the first week or so of Living Snoqualmie morning quotes:

“Live in such a way that you would not be ashamed to sell your parrot to the town gossip.” ~ Will Rodgers

“Kindness is the language which the deaf can hear and blind can see.” ~ Mark Twain
