Firefighter missing since weekend, last seen in Roslyn; public asked to help

On October 18, 2016, the Renton Police Department issued a missing person report for 43-year old Firefighter Ken Ward of King County Fire District 44 -Mountain View Fire & Rescue/Black Diamond Fire Department.

Ward has been missing since Saturday, October 15th and was last seen in Roslyn, WA around 8:45AM in a white 2007 Dodge Ram Mega Cab truck, license plate PF04426, which is a Washington State professional firefighter plate.

Firefighter Ward is described as approximately 6′ 2′ tall and 220lbs. He lives in Renton and has been with Mountain View Fire and Rescue for ten years. He is a father of three and has family in the area.

On October 19th, Mountain View Fire and Rescue released photos that represent what Ward’s truck and license plate look like. Although the photos are not Ward’s actual truck, they are hoping to give people a better idea of the missing vehicle, which will look a bit different as Ward’s truck has a canopy on it.

Anyone with any information on Firefighter Ward is asked to call 911 or contact Renton Police at 425-430-7500 and reference case 16-13236.
