Back by Popular Demand: Family Movie Day at North Bend Theatre, Featuring ‘Free Birds’

When you discover a popular fundraiser, chances are you stick with it. That is exactly the case for the Snoqualmie Valley Schools Foundation and their wildly successful inaugural Family Movie Day event last year.

So this Saturday, November 16, 2013, they’re bringing back their successful Family Movie Day event for a second run.

Join the Snoqualmie Valley Schools Foundation at North Bend Theater for the animated Thanksgiving movie, Free Birds.  Watch two turkeys from opposite sides of the tracks put aside their differences and team up to travel back in time to change the course of history – and get turkey OFF the Thanksgiving dinner menu for good.

Tickets includes the movie showing, a small soda and a small popcorn – all in the newly upgraded North Bend Theater.  Free Birds starts at 2PM. Doors open at 1PM.  Last year’s Family Movie Day sold out, so to ensure a seat and skip the line at the door, tickets can be purchased online HERE.

Proceeds from ticket sales benefit the Snoqualmie Valley Schools Foundation, which funded approximately $85,000 in school district initiatives, classroom grants and additional grant requests for the 2013-14 school year.
