Attempted burglary: man ‘forcibly’ enters Snoqualmie home, flees

The Snoqualmie Police Department said Sunday morning, March 5, at 4:40AM officers responded to the 8000 block of SE Douglas Ave in Snoqualmie where an unknown male had forcibly entered a residence.

According to Captain Nick Almquist, the incident occurred near the Stellar Way intersection, which is approximately two blocks north of Snoqualmie Parkway.

The unknown male, dressed in black, stated that he was looking for food and then fled the house. Officers set up a perimeter and assisted King County K-9 to track the suspect, whose whereabouts are unknown at this time.

According to the press release, “Officers are actively working on leads to identify and apprehend the suspect.”
